Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, Palessi Care does not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Palessi Care.
